I’ve spent over twenty years building a successful corporate career in senior leadership roles, working closely with people through change, development and progression. My experience spans leading teams, supporting performance, and helping individuals build confidence and capability in real-world working environments.

Alongside my corporate career, I’ve also explored running my own businesses. These experiences gave me a grounded understanding of work, confidence and risk — and reinforced how important belief, clarity and practical support are when people are navigating their next step.

I combine professional leadership experience with a practical, human approach to employability. I understand both the expectations of the workplace and the personal barriers that can hold people back — particularly confidence, self-doubt and not knowing where to start.

This approach is about empowerment, not fixing. It supports people to take realistic, achievable steps forward, build confidence through action, and move into work with greater self-belief and direction.
